- Connemara- Cats only
- Reaches- 1 under 10 lbs
- Capri- 1 under 10 lbs
- Martinique- 1 pet under 20 lbs
- Oasis- Each unit owner(regardless of joint ownership or occupants) may contain 2 household pets, both not to exceed a total of 50 pounds.( ex: one 50 pound dog, or two dogs of 30 pounds, ect). However, the fallowing breeds(or mix of breeds) will not be permitted at all:Pit Bull Terriers,Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, St Bernards.
Pets may only be kept on the condominium property if they are not bred or maintained for any commercial purpose; provided they do not become a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors, and are registered with the association. - Seawinds- 1 pet under 20 lbs
- The Resort- Limited to 2 dogs, not more than 40lbs each.

- Via Delfino- Limits up to two dogs, but does not limit weight.
